The Hatz 1B50 is built for compact industrial applications that need serious single-cylinder performance without the complexity of a multi-cylinder installation. It combines a space-efficient, air-cooled design with strong output and a proven mechanical fuel system — ideal for OEM equipment, repower projects, and power units where durability and service access matter.

With 0.517L displacement and mechanical direct injection, the 1B50 delivers up to 7.9 kW (10.6 hp) at 3600 rpm. For constant-speed duties it also supports 7.6 kW (10.2 hp) at 3000 rpm, and it’s well suited to fixed-speed applications at 1800 rpm where stable output is required. This spread of usable operating points makes it flexible across both variable-speed equipment and constant-speed power packages.
